• Orders can be placed with Joe Jewell by calling: (562) 696-9992, anytime between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
• Most of our customers' needs involve more than just ordering parts and Joe is always (well, almost always) available by phone for consultation on your particular project, anytime during normal office hours.
• Orders and inquiries can also be faxed to us at: (562) 696-9392 or emailed to Joe at joe@mosaicshades.com. Any digital pictures should be addressed to that same email. If you're old-fashioned, we also still accept orders and inquiries by regular mail at the Studios address below.
• Items to be restored should not be sent to us without prior approval by Joe. Believe it or not, we have had expensive items shipped to us without any sender information enclosed and no clue as to who sent them! Each box should include a packing list, listing every separate item in the box. Small parts can easily be overlooked or disappear into the packing material during shipping, and we will not be held responsible for claims of missing parts, if there is no packing list in the box.
